Corporate Workflows allows for the creation of a series of workflows where each workflow is designed to serve a dedicated and specific function within the organisation.

Each workflow manages tasks as a series of Kanban stages and these stages can be different per workflow.

The key purpose of the application is to manage non project based ad-hoc tasks by all staff and for the management to have a clear oversight of all such tasks that are in progress with their organisation.

The priority of each task is automatically increased based on daily checks by an AI, and as the priority increases, the frequency of reminder emails increases.

Workflows are also automatically created and populated with tasks by other applications within the ZedX Apps Platform to ensure users can complete all their daily activities from one place.
